Platform status#

The API tells you itself: 503 platform_paused means bots are paused platform-wide on purpose (back off and retry later); 400 webhooks_disabled on setWebhook means webhooks are not open yet (use getUpdates). Announcements reach bot owners through @qivbot.

E-mail support@qivuna.com. Please include:

the bot's username and number (the digits before the colon of the token);
the method, the time (with time zone) and the request_id of a failing call;
what you expected and what happened.

Never send your token Nobody at Qivuna will ask for it. If you sent it anywhere by mistake, revoke all tokens in QivBot right away.

Before you write#

Check the error code on Errors.
QivBot → your bot → Stats shows started users, rooms, messages in the last 24 hours, webhook success, 429s and open reports.
